I’ve decreased the application to 2-3 times per week, and it’s still just as effective. The tube I have is 20mg, and should last me a whole year at this rate. I apply just a tiny amount, rub it in, and let it sit for a bit before putting clothes on top of the areas. Here’s hoping that this information helps some of you!
