Magnesium Chloride for Darier’s Disease

I’m starting on 300mg/day of pure magnesium chloride. I’m dissolving pure magnesium chloride flakes into glasses of water (approx 2 tablespoons per day). It tastes absolutely awful, but based on recent research I think it’s worth trying.

According to the study, I should see results in as little as 2 weeks. I will update here as things progress.

Salt Water Remedy

After spending a week on vacation and swimming in the ocean, I’ve noticed an improvement in the lesions. They’re smaller and less scabby, so the salt water must soothe them in some way. Daily Epsom salt baths aren’t feasible for me, but maybe there’s something to the idea of a salt-based remedy.
