Dairy-Free Diet for Darier’s Disease

Recently someone reached out and suggested that going dairy-free has helped with the Darier’s disease lesions and outbreaks. I’ve tried gluten-free in the past, but never tried cutting out milk and cheese. The tricky part is sticking with it long enough to notice a different, which can take weeks or months. Auto-immune issues are notoriously difficult to improve, but this is worth a try. I will update as I learn more.
